Staff and Directors

 Jason Saretsky
has been at the helm of the Harvard Track and Field/Cross Country program for the past nine years.  During his tenure, Harvard has won four Ivy League Team Championships (and counting) and has been named the Northeast Head Coach of the year on three occasions.  He has coached a total of 19 All-Americans including the top American men’s finisher at the 2013 NCAA XC Championships and 68 individual Ivy Champions. Prior to taking over at Harvard, Saretsky was the Associate Head Coach at Iona College where he helped guide the men’s team to four straight top 10 finishes at the NCAA XC Championships, including two podium finishes (4th place).  A 1999 graduate of Columbia University where he was a middle-distance runner, he earned a masters from Columbia in 2001 and an MBA in Management from Iona in 2006.
Roy Harrison (QU '80) is the form Head Cross Country Coach at Dean College and the former Head Cross Country/Track Coach for Fairfield University and Assistant Cross Country/Track Coach for Quinnipiac University. At Quinnipiac he was a vital part of one of the best Cross Country DI programs in the Northeast. He is the founder and current Director of The Cape Cod Running Camp which is heading into it’s seventh year of operations and has had phenomenal growth over the years. During his tenure at Quinnipiac University the Women were the 2007 New England Cross Country Champions and the 6 time Division I Northeast Conference Champions and the Men were 4 time Northeast Conference Champions. The Women's Cross Country Conference winning streak is the longest of any Northeast Conference team, to date. 

Cara Harrison 
(Brown '11) attended Quince Orchard High School in Gaithersburg, MD. She placed third at the 2006 Maryland State Cross Country Meet and was runner-up in the 3,200m at the Maryland Indoor State Meet. She earned a fourth place finish at the 2007 Nike Indoor Nationals in the 5,000m earning All-American Status. Her personal records are 18:01 in the 5,000m and 11:00 in the 3,200m. A recent graduate of Brown University, where she competed on the Cross Country and Track Team. Cara was a member of the prestigious Teach For American organization and taught Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Grade at the Blackstone Valley Prep in Cumberland, RI. She  attended Harvard University Graduate School of Education in pursuit of a degree in Education Policy and Management.

Fitzgerald (ESU '12) attended Morris Hills High School, Rockaway, NJ. A former member of
the East Stroudsburg University Cross Country and Track Team. She was an outstanding performer for the Warriors, with a best Cross Country time of 18:41.8 at the legendary Holmdel Park, NJ and a fast Track time of 10:43.9 in the 3,000M Steeple Chase and competed at the DII Nationals her Senior year.  She is currently a competitive Triathlon athlete. Corinne has been a major contributor to the organization and operation of both this and The Cape Cod Running Camp.
